Where is Delta exactly located?

Delta Educare Nepal is in BBC Bhawan, Chipledhunga, Pokhara. BBC Bhawan is few blocks away to the south from BP Chowk or Chipledhunga. Coming from BP Chowk, it is on the right side of New Road.
